Penn State Navy Might Be the Ultimate Neutral

Some women naturally look amazing in bright white, crisp navy, and silver jewelry.

I've always noticed both groups, and lately it's made me appreciate something about Penn State navy.

It might be the ultimate neutral.

That realization inspired a little mini collection at Town Pride.
